Changes & Cancellations

If you wish to cancel or modify your order, please contact us within 24 hours via live help service.

Alternatively, you can send an email within 24 hours to customercare@antonioverdi.com with subject: ORDER CHANGE. Please include the full name of the person that placed the order, the item description of the purchased item, and the desired change (or request for cancellation).

If you wish to make a change to a personal message, please also attach to the email the complete file (using our template).

We will make every effort to accommodate your request. However, once an order has been submitted we cannot guarantee the purchase can be canceled or modified. We will respond to your ORDER CHANGE request within 12 hours. Please also refer to our return policy.
