This website is provided and managed by Antonio Verdi LLC ("AV"). AV recognizes the importance of protecting the privacy of personal and financial information. We only request the minimum required information to access the Websites, and to process orders, refunds, and exchanges and we have instituted policies and security measures to protect the information you provide to us.
What Information AV Collects and How AV Uses It
1. AV respects the privacy of our visitors. We make no attempt to involuntarily collect personally identifiable information such as visitor's name, telephone number, postal address, or email address. AV collects only voluntarily provided personal data required to access the Websites, process orders, shipments, refunds, and exchanges.
2. We do not use your email address or other personally identifiable information to send commercial or marketing messages without your consent or except as part of a specific program or feature for which you will have the ability to opt-in or opt-out. We may, however, use your email address without further consent for non-marketing or administrative purposes (such as for customer service purposes).
3. We use both your personally identifiable information and certain non-personally-identifiable information (such as anonymous User usage data, cookies, IP addresses, browser type, clickstream data, etc.) to improve the quality and design of the Websites and to create new features, promotions, functionality, and services by storing, tracking, and analyzing User preferences and trends. AV uses the StatCounter.com WebTracker to analyze and store visitors' public details. The public information that is recorded consists of the date and time of visit, ip address, browser (e.g. Microsoft Internet Explorer 6.0), operating system version (e.g. Windows 2000), screen resolution (e.g. 800x600), referring link, the current page url and the current page title. A small cookie is created with no personally identifiable information to determine whether a visitor has been to the AV website before (e.g. a first-time or returning visitor).
4. If you place an order online, then, with your consent, AV will use this information to process your order, communicate with you regarding your order, process shipment, and process potential refunds or exchanges. AV does NOT attempt to register you with our website, collect any personal information other than the minimal information required to place an order, or attempt to communicate promotional material to you.
Cookies are pieces of information a web site can send to your computer's browser for record-keeping purposes. A small cookie is created when visitors access our site with no personally identifiable information to determine whether a visitor has been to the AV website before (e.g. a first-time or returning visitor). Most web browsers automatically accept cookies, but you do not have to accept them. To disable cookies, you should access the "help" tab on your browser or read the information that came with your browser software. If you do not disable your cookies, you accept our collection and storage of any of your public information such cookies contain.
Does AV Share Your Information With Others?

However, while we take reasonable steps to protect this personal information from unauthorized access, use or disclosure, you accept that no Internet data transmission can be guaranteed to be secure from access by unintended recipients and will not hold us responsible for any breach of security unless this breach is due to our negligence.
