Return Policy

For online purchases, Antonio Verdi will accept merchandise in its original condition for a full refund. No return authorization number is required. Simply send the item back using the prepaid FEDEX label included in your package. The FEDEX prepaid shipping label can only be used for returns of domestic shipments. We will not accept merchandise that has been damaged.


If you have misplaced the prepaid FEDEX label, simply mail the product to the following address including the name of the person that placed the order, an email address for notification purposes only, and a note requesting refund. If the prepaid FEDEX label is not used, return shipping costs will not be subject to refund:

Returns will be processed within 5-7 business days of receipt. You will receive the refund 1-2 weeks after processing. Refunds may only be issued in the same form as was utilized for payment. Merchandise must be returned within 30 days from date of delivery. Please note that shipping costs will not be subject to refund. All refunds will be processed to the person that purchased the product. Refunds will not be processed to a third party.


Easy-to-follow instructions for returning merchandise are included with each shipment. Every effort will be made to ensure a prompt refund. To check the status of a refund, please send us an email at customercare@antonioverdi.com including your full name. We will respond within 24 hours.


We recommend shipping returned merchandise via FEDEX, UPS, or Priority USPS for tracking purposes. Antonio Verdi will not assume responsibility for reimbursement or compensation in the event that return packages are lost, stolen, or mishandled.
