Shipping & Tracking

US Domestic Shipping

We ship within the United States via FEDEX Monday to Friday. The map below shows transit times (in business days) for FEDEX Ground/Home. Please allow an additional 1-2 calendar days for assembly. We also ship using FEDEX 2-day and FEDEX first overnight.

Antonio Verdi cannot be responsible for unanticipated delays experienced by the shipping carrier (FEDEX/USPS).

Military APO, FPO Shipping

We ship to military destinations via USPS Priority Mail for which tracking is NOT available; however USPS provides Delivery Confirmation Receipt. Delivery times are usually between 5-10 business days however due to customs delivery times will vary. As APO's, FPO's etc. are considered U.S. addresses, the cost is comparable to sending a package within the United States.

International Shipping

We ship to Canada via USPS Express Monday to Friday (tracking number available). Takes ~6 business days plus 24 hours for processing. We also ship to 75 other countries. Please look for your desired destination country during checkout.

Tracking

A shipping confirmation is emailed to you within 24 hours of placing your order, which will allow you to track the status of your shipment. The email confirmation includes a Track my shipment link. To track your shipment simply click on that link. You will be taken to the FEDEX website where your shipment status is displayed.

Tracking information may not be available for the first 24 to 48 hours after you receive your shipping confirmation email. If 48 hours have passed and you are still unable to track your order, please email us at customercare@antonioverdi.com or use the live help service on our website (accessible via the slideout orange bar on the right of the main window).
